Cultivated since Antiquity, Nigel is an annual herb native to North Africa. Its oil, extracted by cold pressing of the seeds, is very popular in oriental beauty recipes. It is also known as black cumin. The nigelle used in cosmetics is Nigella sativa. There are other species of nigella, but their seeds can be toxic.

How To Use
– For an adult: take 1 to 3 teaspoons, pure or with honey, milk or any other food, during the meal or 1 tablespoon, the evening at bedtime, for cures of three months.
– For a child under 12 years, half a teaspoon a day is enough, while a child over 12 years old can take 1 teaspoon a day.
